I will not share your email address or personal information with any other organisation. I am using a secure website (WordPress) and secure third-party providers (Brevo) to store any personal information you provide to me. I regularly update my website and third-party plugins to maintain security provisions.
When purchasing from Carol Bracken, card details are transmitted through a secure server using WestPac OnlinePay. Card data is not hosted by me after processing.
Payments Policy
Carol Bracken accepts payments in AUD Australian dollars only.
Shipping and Shipping costs
Digital downloaded products do not incur a shipping fee and are downloaded by the customer. These files can be read digitally or printed by the customer.
I deliver my physical products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are a flat rate for books of $14.00 and bookmarks $2.00 and will be included in the order total. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Within Australia, shipping times are estimated at between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your location.
Carol Bracken ships goods Australia wide however, currently, we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us to enquire about a special order.
GST and merchant fees
This business is not registered for GST and includes merchant fees as part of the sale price.
Refund and Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or printer listed in the book.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to me after letting me know you want to return it. I will provide a mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
